💸 Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999 (India only)

  • For international orders, shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

📦 Tracking Your Order:

🔁 Returns & Replacement Policy

Returns Accepted If:

Shipping & Return Policy

We currently ship orders across selected regions within India. As we expand our logistics network, we aim to increase our delivery reach to serve more customers nationwide.

  • Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Processing time includes order verification, packaging, and dispatching.

  • The estimated delivery time is between 24 to 72 hours from the date of order confirmation, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on factors such as delivery address, courier partner delays, weather conditions, and high order volume.

  • Our courier partners will make up to three attempts to deliver the order.

  • If the recipient is unavailable, the order may be returned to our facility, and re-delivery may be subject to additional charges.

  • Upon successful delivery, the courier partner will require a signature or OTP confirmation.

  • Ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

1.8 Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer may lead to cancellation and refund (excluding shipping charges).

1.9 Undeliverable Locations

  • Certain remote areas or PIN codes may not be serviceable due to logistic constraints.

2. Return Policy

2.1 Return Eligibility Criteria
Customers may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation.

2.2 Non-Returnable Products
Certain items are strictly non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Perishable goods including vegetables, fruits, dairy, and eggs.

  • Products unsealed after delivery which may pose health risks.

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Items which by nature are inseparably mixed with others after delivery.

2.3 Return Process

  3. Mention the reason for return and attach a copy of the original invoice.

  • Refunds may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.

2.9 Mode of Refund

  • No processing fees will be charged for refunds.

2.10 Rejected Returns

  • If a return is rejected due to non-compliance, the product will be returned back to the customer.

  • No refund will be processed for rejected returns.
